The Lyceum Gateway is the largest building on the main square of New Urbanisms iconic new town Seaside, Florida. It joins with other buildings designed by distinguished architects to define and link two of the town's most important public spaces. The building helps to define the Square and frames the axis from the square to the concert hall beyond through a monumental portal in the building.The Lyceum Gateway program consists of 10 luxurious residential flats and town homes over 10,000 sq ft of retail space in four 20 ft high spaces, lined with a 20 ft high arcade as mandated by the Seaside Design Code. Retail stores surround the two courtyards that open to the town square at the front and to a street called Quincy Circle at the rear.
