The mayfield site is a 578 unit Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project for Toll Brothers developers on the former Mayfield Mall site next to the San Antonio Caltrain station. The project occupies approximately 25 acres and consists of a network of streets and blocks with two new city parks. A variety of market-rate luxury housing types is proposed, ranging from Single Family Detached two-story dwellings adjacent to the existing residential neighborhood, to three-story townhouses over flats, and four and five-story stacked flats closest to the train station.
